If you have any complaints about the Society, its events and publications, or members acting as representatives of the Society, please get in touch through the Contact page. Once received, your complaint will be acknowledged by the Secretary and then considered by Council before appropriate action is taken. Please be aware that as we are a volunteer-run society it may take up to three working days to acknowledge your complaint and longer to address it, depending on the severity of the complaint and the availability of the Council. 

If you wish to complain about the Secretary and do not wish for your complaint to by seen by them, please email the President directly on president <at> bshm.ac.uk.
