LMS Spitalfields & Hirst Lecture 2024

This afternoon of talks hosted by the London Mathematical Society will comprise of two lectures, by Professor Jeremy Gray (The Open University) and Professor Erhard Scholz (Bergische Universität Wuppertal).

Professor Scholz will be delivering the Hirst Lecture as the winner of the Hirst Prize and Lectureship 2023, jointly awarded by the BSHM and the LMS in recognition of original and innovative work in the history of mathematics, in any medium

The event will take place in person at De Morgan House and online via Zoom.
