INI History for Diversity Network Conference

A conference exploring and developing resources that use history of mathematics to support EDI work in the undergraduate mathematics curriculum. Register online here. 

Worshop sessions are likely to include:

• Presentations, discussions and activities around embedding aspects of historical resources into teaching materials;
• Discussion of what to look for in a history of maths resource;
• Discussion and constructive critiquing of some existing materials;
• Discussion of what you would be looking for in an evaluation framework or toolkit.

Please indicate on the registration form, other ideas you have, that you would like to see covered, and which of the above you are particularly interested in.

This workshop will run from mid-morning on Thursday 5 Sept., until mid afternoon on Friday 6 Sept. We hope this will enable many participants to attend with only one night away from home. We expect to be able to cover 1 night’s accommodation, and reasonable travel expenses, for about 20 people.
