DESCRIPTION:To celebrate the publication in December 2025 of an edited book with the above title\, Steven Balbus (Savilian Professor 2012–24) and Robin Wilson are organising this one-day meeting in which the authors of this book and others will present the 400-year history of the Savilian Chair of Astronomy. \nThere is no attendance fee but if you wish to attend\, please pre-register on this form no later than 1st May 2026 in order to facilitate communication and logistics.
